1475 Before

Casting of 1475 after complete

disassembly and before cleaning.

            

 Disassembly and cleaning of all covers and components.

Disassembly and inspection of all parts, linkages, gears and other active components.  All small washers and buffers are replaced.  Other parts showing wear are replaced or cleaned and polished as needed.

 Final assembly, test sew of 1475

   

Machine is completely assembled to original factory settings.  If any parts needed to be replaced, genuine parts are used whenever possible.

Complete disassembly of all electronic components after testing for performance.  

High magnification inspection of all active components for wear or damage, particular emphasis placed on gears and hook mechanism.

Final Assembly, test sew of 1475

Sew off includes test sewing of all functions including buttohole balance, stitch balance, tension, memory functions, feed precision and timing of top and bottom feed.
